Lord of the flies

Lord of the Flies had a profound effect on me as a kid. I have read it many times since childhood, and it means something new to me each cycle.

Rather than literal events within the book, I wanted to explore the core themes. Capturing light and shadow was essential to explore the loss of innocence and the descent into savagery.
